Fully blended within olive groves, villa Mesogi I features a small paradise in Meganisi, Ionian Sea’s little gem which is hidden from mass tourism. It is a single level, luxury private home with its private pool and enchanting seaviews.
Indoors, it has open plan sitting and dining areas with high quality and luxurious furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. All this open space area is naturally lit by floor to ceiling windows. There are two spacious, modern bedrooms, one of them facing the sea and the other one facing the back of the villa, both enjoying the calmness and serenity of the area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m x 2m) with Coco-mat renowned mattresses which are made of natural materials designed to offer a relaxing and comfortable sleep, ensuite shower room, wardrobe, safe. One of the bathrooms in villa Mesogi I was built with extra space so that it may to cater for persons with restricted mobility. Access to Villa Mesogi I is through flat grounds, with no need to climb any steps.

Outdoors, the villa is whitewashed at parts and stone decorated on other areas. Outdoor seating includes a dining table and chairs under a pergola shaded area. A BBQ is supplied so that you can enjoy your meal under the clear star lit Meganisian sky. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are offered to ensure your relaxation during the day by the pool while gazing at the sea views or the verdant landscape across the hills. You may park your car just at the back of the villa within the overall fenced plot, hosting our 4 villas complex.
The villas are laid out one next to each other, and at a bit different ground levels from one another. Villa Mesogi I is the first villa in a row as you enter the overall plot. All villas are independent from one another, and the owners have endeavored for the maximum privacy possible. The normal occupancy of the villa is for 4 people, but a kid could sleep on the sofa bed.
